Confidentiality and safety

  • Confidentiality: What you share stays between us except in legally defined situations. I’ll explain limits to confidentiality before we start.

  • Safeguarding: If there’s a risk of serious harm to you or others, I must take steps to keep people safe. I’ll always explain any action I need to take.

  • Record keeping: I keep brief clinical notes for continuity of care. You can ask about these at any time.

Accessibility and practical adjustments

  • Physical access: Currently only serving online/ Telephone clients however if you require to move around during the session you are free to do so just make me aware within the first contact or first session we are happy to adapt the session for your comfort.

  • Neurodivergent‑friendly practice: Sessions can be structured, paced, and adapted to sensory or communication needs.
