Black Sheep Wellbeing
Sessions, Fees & Support Options
“You don’t need to decide what you need before getting in touch we can work that out together.”
Session Descriptions
20 Minute Consultation
£0.00
A free, no-pressure conversation to explore what’s been going on and what kind of support might help.
You can ask questions, talk things through, and get a sense of how I work — without any obligation to continue.
No forms, no expectations. Just a calm conversation.
Standard Counselling Session
£60.00 — 60 minutes
A steady, confidential space for adults who are tired of holding everything together alone.
These sessions offer space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and work through anxiety, trauma, stress, low mood, grief, or relationship difficulties.
Work is trauma-informed, relational, and paced around your needs. Evening appointments are available by arrangement.
Extended Trauma Session
£85.00 — 90 minutes
A longer, more spacious session for deeper or more complex work.
These sessions can support stabilisation, processing difficult experiences, or working with times when you feel overwhelmed or activated.
We prioritise safety, grounding, and working at a pace that feels manageable for your nervous system.
Short Support Session
£45.00 — 30 minutes
Focused, practical sessions for specific areas such as stress, boundaries, confidence, decision-making, or life transitions.
These sessions are more structured and action-focused, offering tools you can begin using straight away.
Concessionary Rate
£45.00 — 50–60 minutes
A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available for people on low income, students, or those experiencing financial difficulty.
These are discussed during the free consultation and confirmed before starting therapy.
Pre-Paid Session Blocks
4-Session Block — £220 (£55 per session)
A block of four sessions offered at a reduced rate.
Useful for short-term focused work or starting therapy with consistency.
8-Session Block — £400 (£50 per session)
A longer block for ongoing, consistent support at a reduced rate.
Suitable for deeper or longer-term work.
Accessibility & Affordability
I recognise that private counselling is not always financially accessible for everyone.
Where I feel a lower-cost service may be more appropriate, I'm happy to discuss local and national low-cost counselling organisations and charities that may be able to offer ongoing support at a reduced fee.
My aim is to help people access the right support for their circumstances, whether that's through Black Sheep Wellbeing or another service better suited to their needs.
